Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy To reserve an appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment holds your scheduled time exclusively for you. Cancellations and Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your original fee will be refunded minus a $5 processing charge to cover payment-platform fees. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), forfeit the full session fee, as this time cannot be rebooked on short notice. Late Arrival If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate subsequent patients. The full fee applies. Acknowledgment Booking an appointment indicates that you have read and agree to this policy.
